Sourced from Mexico, Danburite is a crystalline mineral often compared to topaz. Most commonly found in clear or white varieties, it can also appear in soft yellow, pink, and brown hues, all displaying a bright vitreous luster.
Named after its place of discovery in Danbury, Connecticut, USA, Danburite was first identified in 1839.
