This handcrafted Lapis Lazuli Chain Cage Pendant is made in 925 Sterling Silver and centers a polished 21–22 mm Lapis Lazuli sphere within a flowing cage of interwoven silver chains. Measuring approximately 1.60 inches including the bale, the open structure allows the stone’s deep celestial blue to stand out from every angle.
This setting is constructed from interwoven Sterling Silver chains designed to securely hold the gemstone sphere. The stone is firmly seated within the open cage and cannot be removed without altering the setting.
Lapis Lazuli, a rare semi-precious gemstone, features intense blue lazurite accented by golden pyrite flecks and white calcite veins. Sourced mainly from the Kokcha River valley in Afghanistan, the most prized stones show deep, pure blue with shimmering gold, making each piece unique and highly sought after.
Due to natural gemstone variation, slight differences in color and pattern may occur. Each pendant will closely resemble the images shown and is presented in a Starborn-branded gift box.
