Crafted in 925 Fine Sterling Silver, this medallion pendant features a hand-carved eagle head in luminous Mother of Pearl. Natural nacre tones add soft shimmer and depth to the approx. 30 mm round carving. Finished with a fixed-style square bale, the pendant measures approx. 1.65" tall by 1.35" wide (4.2 x 3.4 cm).
Mother of pearl, or nacre, is a composite biomaterial made of aragonite platelets bound by organic layers, forming the inner shell lining of mollusks. Its iridescence results from light interference across its microscopic layered structure.
Each eagle head is individually hand-carved, making every piece one of a kind. Natural variations in color and detail may occur, and the piece you receive will be similar to the images shown.
