  • This stunning Fordite pendant is hand crafted in Sterling Silver, pear shaped, and measures approximately 1.75 inches in length, including the bale. Featuring black and white colors and beautiful scroll work filigree backing.
  • Fordite, also known as Detroit or Motor Agate, is actually layers upon layers of old paint deposits from vehicle painting racks that have been chipped off and polished to look like stones.
  • Each piece’s alternating layers of vibrant color provide a one-of-a-kind glimpse into automotive history. The colors can be used to identify the material’s origin. Our Fordite is on average 65 years old and hails from Dearborn, Michigan.
