Beautifully detailed dragon carving in upside-down pear-shaped Blue Ice Glacierite. The stone’s darker edges add depth and contrast to the bright icy blue center. Hand-carved by skilled Balinese artisans. Available in two sizes, 1 piece per order.
- Small: approx. 40-41 mm in length by 30-32 mm in width
- Large: approx. 50–52 mm in length by 35–36 mm in width.
Blue Ice Glacierite is a newly discovered mineral from Indonesia that’s in the Beta-Aluminate family of hard ceramics. It was formed as the unintended artifact of an industrial process or smelting and is more to be looked at as a fun and pretty artifact like other materials used in the Mineral and Jewelry trade
The Blue Ice Glacierite is awesome with its color blend of pearly white and stunning blue gradient. It has a unique pattern that’s similar to ice.
Each Blue Ice carving is naturally unique & will differ slightly in pattern and color. However, each carving will be similar to the images shown.
