Inspired by the ocean’s timeless design, the Nautilus Pendant features a luminous Ethiopian Opal hand-inlaid in Fine Sterling Silver. Available in two sizes:
- - Small: 1.3" tall by 0.7" wide (3.3 cm x 1.8 cm)
  - Medium: 1.65" tall by 1" wide (4.2 cm x 2.5 cm)
These stunning Ethiopian Opal gemstone slices are expertly cut and inlaid by hand into the Sterling Silver Nautilus Ammonite chambers. The pendant's appearance is unique with its complex suture line pattern.
Ethiopian Opal, discovered in the Wollo Province of Ethiopia, is celebrated for its exceptional transparency and brilliant “play-of-color.” Unlike traditional opals, Ethiopian Opal is hydrophane, meaning it can absorb and reflect light in a uniquely dynamic way, producing vivid rainbow-like flashes.
Each Ethiopian Opal inlay displays its own naturally unique pattern and play of color, so slight variations from the image may occur. However, the overall color balance will closely resemble the piece shown. Beautifully presented in a Starborn branded gift box.
