Embrace the ocean’s vibrant energy with these Natural Ethiopian Opal Whale Tail Earrings. Crafted in 925 Sterling Silver, each hand-cut tail is inlaid with Ethiopian Opal, glowing with fiery, color-shifting brilliance. Measuring approx. 1.35" tall by 0.75" wide (3.4 cm x 1.9 cm).
Ethiopian Opal was first published in a report in 1994. These opals are naturally a light color with vivid shades of color and are one of the few non-Australian varieties.
In Māori tradition, the whale tail (Kuru) stands for protection, strength, and ancestral guidance, offering safe travels, prosperity, and a deep connection to the ocean’s power.
