  • Purpurite is a rare manganese phosphate mineral with traces of iron. It impresses with its unusual natural purple color and a silky iridescent chatoyance, and sometimes a cat's eye effect. Our Purpurite comes from a newly discovered (2020) location in the gemstone fields of Minas Gerais/Brazil.
  • Each Purpurite pattern is naturally unique and may differ slightly from the image, though the overall shape and color balance will be similar.
