A charming nature-inspired design, this Sumatra Amber Acorn Pendant is handcrafted in your choice of 925 Sterling Silver or Nordic Gold. Measuring approximately 1.20–1.35 inches tall by 0.6–0.7 inch wide (3.0–3.4 cm tall by 1.5–1.8 cm wide).
Nordic Gold is a copper-based alloy composed of 89% copper, with aluminum, zinc, and tin. Originally developed for the Swedish Mint in 1991, it was designed to hold its color, resist tarnish, and withstand everyday wear, all while maintaining that rich, sunlit gold tone.
The acorn body is formed from hand-selected natural Sumatra Amber, displaying warm honey to golden tones with organic inclusions unique to each piece and topped with an oxidized Sterling Silver/Nordic Gold cap featuring a sculpted leaf detail, creating a charming woodland-inspired design.
Sumatra Amber, sourced from the Indonesian island of Sumatra, is a rare fossilized tree resin estimated to be 15–30 million years old. Formed from ancient resin preserved in volcanic-influenced sediments, it displays warm golden to deep brown hues, with each piece naturally unique.
Due to natural variations in amber, each piece may display slight differences in color, clarity, and internal inclusions, though the overall appearance will be similar to the images shown.
